You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unauthorized use of the Service is prohibited, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.
Certain features of the Service require subscription fees, which are due in advance and non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it 30 days before the renewal date. Antiphish.ai reserves the right to change fees and may charge late fees for delayed payments.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or attempt unauthorized access. Use of automated means to access the Service or collecting data on other users is strictly prohibited.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Antiphish.ai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Service, which may be revoked at any time.
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through the Service, but you grant Antiphish.ai a royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display this content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our data collection, usage, and storage practices and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE,' without any warranties. Antiphish.ai does not guarantee the Service will detect all phishing attempts or cybersecurity threats, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of online security.
Antiphish.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antiphish.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Antiphish.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice for any reason, including your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Hong Kong.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules. You waive the right to a trial by jury and agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antiphish.ai regarding your use of the Service.
Antiphish.ai may assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations without your consent. You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without prior written consent.
Antiphish.ai shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, natural disasters, or network failures.
The Service may contain links to third-party services that are not owned or controlled by Antiphish.ai. We assume no responsibility for these services or their content.
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. The Service is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate local laws.
The Service and related documentation are 'Commercial Items.' If the end user is a U.S. Government agency, they acquire the Service with only those rights specified herein.
